EMTSA are delighted to announce that Pat Dubas has been appointed as the Sub Regional Strategic Coordinator to work alongside Teaching Schools, Teaching School Council Representatives and other strategic and delivery partners in the South Yorkshire and Humber sub region. 

Pat has extensive experience as a school leader and substantial experience of supporting the work of Teaching Schools since Cohort 1. In the last twelve months Pat has been working with a number of Teaching Schools and MATs in the South Yorkshire and Humber Sub region building on work she has previously undertaken in the East Midlands. 

Pat will begin her role in September and will work alongside Chris Weatley (EMSYH East Midlands, South Yorkshire and Humber Lead Representative), Kate Mckenna (EMSYH Regional Strategic Coordinator) and Ellen Lee (EMSYH Business Support Partner).   

On being appointed Pat commented:

“I am delighted to have been given this opportunity to work with Teaching Schools in the South Yorkshire and Humber region and particularly excited about having the opportunity to support the development and growth of partnership working over the coming year. I am keen to engage with Teaching Schools on a personal level, and to understand the existing good practice and current partnerships, and will aim to make this my priority during the Autumn Term.”
