Set the very highest standard in all that we do. We work as a collaborative group to ensure that our member schools are supported with all their needs, whilst accessing opportunities to celebrate strengths and successes.
Welcome to Loughborough Learning Alliance
The LLA is based at Ashmount School, a 4-19 Special School in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Our TSA comprises of more than 25 Primary, Secondary and Special schools. We lead a highly successful School Direct ITT programme, working alongside the University of Derby, to support trainee Primary and SEN teachers. We offer a range of high quality CPD to ensure that teachers are supported at all stages of their career: NQTs, RQTs, Subject Leaders and Middle and Senior Management. We work to recognise skills and strengths, by supporting staff to become SLEs, LLEs and NLEs and allowing us to offer school to school support to local schools. Ashmount School is one of 16 Pupil Premium Coordinators in the country. We are qualified to train school leaders to become Pupil Premium Reviewers. We have currently trained more than 250 people enabling effective provision to be disseminated across our region.
